what is zoomiesbox?

Zoomies Box is a subscription based postal service for dogs and their owners. Each month customers subscribing to our subscription boxes will receive an exciting box of dog related toys, treats and accessories including one owner gift. Subscriptions are ongoing and can be cancelled at anytime. We also have seasonal and puppy boxes that are available as one off purchases too.

How do I subscribe?

By visiting us at www.zoomiesbox.com and selecting which option your would prefer. Complete and manage your dogs profile online.

Are Zoomies Boxes suitable for puppy's?

For dogs under 6 months old we have our special 'Puppy starter parcels' which are available as one off purchases and customers can subscribe to our boxes thereafter.

What’s included in my box?

We keep some items a surprise as that is part of the unboxing fun! We sometimes give a sneak peak of what is included in the current months box on social media. You can have a look at previous boxes and examples of products and brands we use on our website and social media.

What if my dog has allergies?

You can tell us about any allergies your dog has during the ordering process.  We will always do our best to accommodate allergies.  If your dog has a complex allergy, please contact us at hello@zoomiesbox.com before ordering.

Can i send the box as a gift?

Of course, be sure to add your billing address and the lucky recipients address in the delivery details.

When will my Zoomies Box be delivered?

Orders are despatched between the 10th and 14th of each month.  Orders made after the 5th will receive first delivery the following month.

When will I be charged?

Your first payment is chargeable at the time of ordering, recurring charges will be on the 1st of each month.

How much is postage?

Postage is £2.80 per box.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be received 5 days prior to payment date which  is 1st of the month.  Any boxes already paid for will still be sent out to you.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account.

Can I edit mine and my dogs profile?

Yes. You can edit your profile at any time by logging into your account online.

Why hasn’t my box been sent?

If you box has not dispatched, it may be because we were unable to take payment or your payment details have expired. Please update your payment details by logging into your account online.
